Confused about the feasibility or perhaps logistics, but might be practical information. If you read the descriptions, you'll get a sense of whether your client is serious or certainly not. Look at the Lasik request when compared with the SEO request. Both have 0s therefore to their purchase rating. I'd write for that Lasik customer without doubt but I'd be less incliend to write to the SEO customer just based on the way they worded their demands. Also, the date gives a person a clue too. The Lasik request is completely new. Now, if it were some weeks old and continue to showed a zero, I'd figure the customer's not serious, but since it's a weekend along with the request is just per day or two old, then I'd give him the advantage of the doubt (providing not surprisingly that I was considering writing about that specific topic). That said, SEO articles are fairly popular, so if I was so inclined, I'd write one and submit it to the SEO guy. I wouldn't be confident within this guy buying it but I'd personally be confident in a few other client buying it based on the popularity of the topic. So really, if this guy has made 100 requests not bought a single content, my overall decision is based on the topic's bigger appeal.

Think of also that newbie customers may be posting their calls intended for content on multiple freelance web sites. Look at the criteria for clues that it's not a CC exclusive demand. This is tricky, but you get an expression of CCspecific requests as opposed to more generic requests. If it sounds like a canned request that's in all likelihood put here, there, and everywhere, then CC has a chance to shine! We don't have selling ourselves just write the particular article. It's risky because we are competing with other websites, but if the topic appeals to your account, you think it can sell to other people later, then this is a great chance to help CC land a fresh customer. It may take a person like this 5, 10, or 20 requests to see the value of CC's model over bid sites.
